China Hot sale Multi-purpose CNC Vertical Turning Lathe is suitable to process ferrous metal, nonferrous metals and partial non-metallic material, and could achieve the processing of turning of the end face, inside and outside cylindrical surface, inside and outside circular conical surface and drilling, expanding, reaming of hole. Main transmission is driven by the spindle AC servo motor, hydraulic gear change and two gears step less speed regulation. Worktable is manual 4-jaw single movement chuck.
Main Features:
1. CNC vertical lathe, the CNC system uses Siemens 828DD system, there is a vertical tool post, the maximum machining diameter is 1600mm to 2600mm of single column vertical lathe, For CK5116 type, it is designed with the table diameter of 1400mm, and the standard maximum machining height is 1200mm.
2. The transmission device is a four-speed sleepless transmission, which is convenient, sensitive and reliable.
3. Set in the system, all gears use 40Cr grinding gears, which have the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and low noise.
4. The machine is suitable for high speed steel tools and carbide cutting tool processing of non-ferrous metal, black metal and nonmetal materials. On the machine can complete the following processes:Turning the inner and outer cylindrical surface of the plane; all kinds of hook face , inner and outer cone face, thread, cutting slot and cutting.
